Teriyaki Salmon

Whether you're a seasoned chef or a kitchen novice, this recipe is designed to be both simple and spectacular. With just a few ingredients and a dash of culinary magic, you'll create a dish that's sure to impress. Serve it with a side of steamed rice and a sprinkle of sesame seeds for a meal that's as beautiful as it is delicious.

Ingredients:

  1. 2 small salmon fillets or 1 large one

  2. 1/4 cup of Two Suns Teriyaki for marinade + more to drizzle

  3. 1 Tbls Butter, Coconut Oil or Ghee

  4. 2 cups of white rice

  5. Green onions, chopped

  6. 1 cup of broccoli

  7. 1 cup of Bok Choy

  8. Sesame seeds

Directions:

Pour 1/4 cup of Two Suns teriyaki over salmon fillets for 10 mins. While the salmon is marinading, cook or steam rice and broccoli and bok choy. On medium high heat, melt butter, ghee or coconut oil and place salmon skin side up for 5 mins. Flip and pour marinade over salmon and cook for another 4 mins while spooning liquid over salmon. Serve over steamed rice, add broccoli, green onion and sesame seeds. Drizzle additional teriyaki to taste.
